Plasteel Barricades Not Blocking Boiler Bombardment Globs

Bug Description: Per title. I asked Gorg after dying to a boiler glob going over a plasteel barricade and rack, instakilling me as an engineer. He said it wasn't in the changelog and is most likely an unintended change. I'm not talking about gas itself, I'm talking about the blob that the gas emanates from.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Become an engineer/have access to plasteel.
2. Make a barricade and wait for a boiler to come.
3. Wait for the boiler to launch the blob over the barricade.

Flipped Tables of any kind are just about the only other way to block the globs, which feels kinda silly as they wouldn't be a better defense than actual military-grade barricades.

This is becoming a HUGE Defensive problem for the marines, and then theres the Spit going over Barricades now. Stacking tables over barricades aint cutting it either. I bet bullets arent blocked anymore also. Part of me things this was a defensive nerf that got passed under the radar.

Not to mention the issues with SADAR rockets failing to go over certain objects such as flipped tables and racks, no point in making a defensive line if your rockets are bugged and can't go over it.

Boiler bombs are supposed to go over barricades. The other stuff sounds like an issue, and I'll take a look at it separately at some point. Invalid.
