Bug Description:
The flight customization button disappears at the 1 hour mark or near it. You will also have no more cooldown.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be PO.
2. Use flight customization.
3. Somewhere at the 1 hour marks it disappears and you only have the normal shuttle console as if from other SS13 servers.

Couldn't replicate. Are you sure it wasn't refueling? You can't optimize when it's refueling.
