Ice Map LZ2 unbreakable door nerf

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): LZ2 On icemap has two unbreakable doors that are way too strong. Put a ten second delay on the doors so marines can't instantly open and close them with no downsides.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less bullshit marine kills using an admittedly stupid door mechanism.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Several days ago a queen went in to sreech some marines and drag them back, but since LZ2 has marine controlable blast doors she couldn't escape and died, we later lost the round from this. It takes a marine a single button push to completely isolate a xeno, who for all except one type of caste, is primarily melee. This woudln't be too big of a deal, since marines can still close in xenos, but they can't open it, then immediately close it on the xeno and just get a free kill.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Maybe set the door to have a X amount of second delay before it opens/closes. That's a big door, sure there's enough time for a xeno to get out before it closes them in.

To be fair super aggressive queens usually die easily due to being outnumbered.
And unless theres a sure win and the queen can usually be upfront with no opposition its usually not a good idea for a queen to be that upfront.

-1, queens shouldn't be at the very FRONT of an assault, they should let the crushers deal with some of the opposition first, before charging in to screech.

Thats just an example, not the issue. The issue is ANY XENO that gets trapped in there gets struck. If a rav charges in to kill someone, they can close it, if a crusher goes to break a barricade, they can lock him in, if a hunter leaps, he can get trapped in. Ect.

Edit: This isn't about queens, it's about the door. Stop going off topic please.

You act like them being closed in by unbreakable doors will stop them from killing everything.
besides a crusher could survive the longest until it gets flanked that is.
And you'd think they'd be smart enough not to walk right into it if anything so its technically their fault for walking right into their trap.

It's too strong of an anti-siege device and makes LZ2 pointless. Since if you can just close it, why the hell bother going down on the pod again if you'll just be ganked by xenos? The unbreakable doors are just a shitty fix to a bigger issue.

An issue that is kinda caused by xeno players themselves if we're being honest here.

It literally is, they charge head-first and waltz out without taking a hit and taking an arm off a marine. It's punishing for 'em now and actually haves them THINK about going in rather than charging in and out.
