Deffib message for ghosts.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): If you're dead and ghosted and if someone tries using a defib on you then it will notify the player if they are still applicable to re-enter their corpse.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Means that you won't miss being defibbed if you're busy looking at something else and still want to play the round.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Simply just add a message that notifies the player when someone is trying to revive them, much like on other servers when you're body is placed in a scanner.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I can barely count to six, knowing how to implement things is beyond the capabilities (Or lack of) my tiny pee pee brain.

it already does. after a defib attempt it messages you. sounds similar to a bwoink
