Bug Description: So one round, I latejoined as SL, when I went into prep and checked my ID, it said Squad Leader, I wasn't assigned to any squad. I ahelped this and a moderator eventually found out that I replaced a SL who was banned and had their character deleted from the game. Thus messing up assigning me a squad to lead, this can obviously have negative consequences by stalling the non-standard to wait for the bridge to get their ID fixed.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have someone, who is a non-standard squad member, grief/any other major offense that would permit character deletion.
2. Have a staff member delete the offender's character.
3. Join from lobby to replace the deleted character.

You can be assigned to a squad from any overwatch console, since you would be replacing another squad leader. You are not automatically assigned to a squad if you late join to replace another squad leader. I may change this behavior in the future, but this is not a bug. Invalid.
