Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Well the nuke disc for the nukes on the sulaco are on the planet...great? It makes no sense for a Millitary to not have control of their own nuke discs and have to send someone out to find it, LET ALONE keep it somewhere they never expect to be. This proposal adds a nuclear safe inside the armory with the nuclear disk, instructions on how to operate it, and a nuke-disk finder. Command would have to send the safe combination (randomized) and the code to the nuclear device, so even if someone plastic explosives it, they cant arm the nuke.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Make it more realistic and more nukes happen
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): as listed above
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): mapping

Re: Nuclear revamp
Even when you bring the nuke disk off planet and have a good reason to arm the nuke, ive never seen High Command (read: admins) give the nuke code to Command.
So we'd still fall into the same problem of admins willing to give the nuke code.

Re: Nuclear revamp
I think we may want to just remove the nuke completely and replace it with a self-detonation device or something. Either way, denied.
