Description of the incident:
Aforementioned player was CE during mentioned round and he turned Atmospherics into a bomb factory apparently on the orders of the XO, who is unknown to me. During his adventures in creating bombs that ended up fizzling anyways, he almost let the supermatter detonate and only timely intervention by me and Ajax <lastname> preserved it. Amilee Cruz(?) was another MT that round, and she apparently was a fangirl to the CE. She was intent on detonating the engine, and also hacked vending machines around the ship to electrocute and launch shit at other players. She declared her intention to blow up the engine towards the end of the round and the CE assented. After I attempted to seek redress through all IC channels I could (only the CL cared, and he sent a fax that never got a response, apparently), and since the MPs were apathetic at best, I and Ajax decided to take matters into our own hands and stop what honestly was glorified griefing through IC methods.
I held her and the CE up as they were going into the control room to suit up, and they moved in front of me, so I shot her twice as a result of holding her up. CE retreated into Atmospherics, and after sorting things out with an MP that finally cared, we went in to arrest him and probably also me. He threatened to release the plasma room into atmospherics, I led people out, he did so, and a lit welder (not there on purpose) caught it on fire. The rest of the round was spent with me in a fire suit trying to sort stuff out with admins and fix things, then watching aliens boil alive when they tried to get me.
In deadchat later, and in OOC, TheGentGamer repeatedly claimed an "Atmos Major Victory" showing no remorse for his actions. I admit I should have escalated the incident better and been more clear in my admin reports, but he let the phoron go of his own free will.
