Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make speaking languages other than english allowed by the rules, but make it so that they are valid and are marked with a red text above them that says "brbrbrbrbr" or "cyka blyat", or "cheese eating surrender monkey" depending on what language they speak.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Allows for me to take out my extreme prejudices ig. Less admin rule enforcement.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Allow people who don't speak english to be shot, like cats on hippie.
