Mounted flashes being able to stun xenos

Bug Description: As per the title, marines can use mounted flashes such as the ones in Req to stun and kill xenos easily.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a mounted flash.
2. Trigger it when a xeno is around.
3. Profit by killing all the xenos you want as that they cannot move.
