Speedbuff while wearing a spacesuit/Mercenaries suit

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Let's be honest, you wear a spacesuit/be one of the mercenaries with the hardsuit, you go out there, get chased down by a boiler and die because even a boiler is faster than you, you can't even get up because the armour on these things is absolutely terrible. I don't mind 'the not getting back up' part as much as I mind the 'not being able to even have a chance to run away' part.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Stops spess-suit marines and mercs from dying within 5 minutes of putting on their suits.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

Just give the spacesuit and mercenary compression suits a little bit more speed than what they currently have. A marine missing a leg is currently faster than both of them.

Superior armour is clearly inferior to spess hugger.

Yeah I got confused about that too. The low pressure hardsuit is currently weaker than just going naked in your PJ's and fighting xenos; at least your faster in PJ's.

It's a heavy, armored space suit. It's supposed to be slow and cumbersome, but also protective. I don't see why this needs to change. Denied.
