Add a map randomizer

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
As much as I love playing me some LV, Ice, or WO, playing on the same map time and time again can get boring. As the games go on I notice that the players usually behave in a more and more similar way and it feels like a less unique experience each time. I know Admins can change the map, but many times there's nobody online to change it.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
A map randomizer corrects the problem stated above and relieves the admins from needing to stay online in order to change the map. This creates less bored players. Happy marines, happy ayys, and happy admins!

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
On top of that, there would be a new added excitement when the players don't know which map is next. Sure there will be complainers, but the majority of the community would prefer some diversity, or at least enjoy getting their favorite map some of the time.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I assume it would work like how most SS13 servers randomly pick the game type. Shouldn't be too tough.

they can't do this right now, although its planned for the future they just cant do it since someone has to manully compile the maps if i remember right.

God do I wish this was a thing but Kneez has a point they have to manually switch maps right now. I do hate Jungle with a passion after having played it over and over and over again 1000 times over but it just can't be done now nor do a good portion of the staff want it, but it isn't really their choice it's up to Apophis our glorious dictator.

Hopefully some day, but sadly not anytime soon...
