Bug Description: As the other one got buried under mounds upon MOUNDS of other bugs, aliens can slash and tackle and do other shenanigans while stunned/downed while humans can't.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Knock down an Ayylmao with literally anything that can.
2. Move in for the kill with a melee weapon.
3. Get tackle-spammed, decap-slashed WHILE the ayy is down.
4. Salt in D-Chat.
5. Spam minichat.
Still hasn't been fixed.
