Reason for ban (If you have a Permaban, it should be the EXACT MESSAGE YOU GET WHEN YOU LOGIN with the Error code that looks like this: X##XXX##. If you do not provide this EXACTLY you can't be unbanned): claimed i was warned twice for a name ban. I explained to him it was for a different name and this one was never mentioned as being a problem. I said I would change it after the match no problem. Instead he said he was going to ban me for 3 hours for not listening to the 2 warnings. I asked him for proof of the warnings because he was mistaken and i was warned for the name Tom Hanks when I first started playing. He instead just decided to ban me and not even listen. I was not warned, I politely explained I would change it if that was an issue as Mel Gibz is not actually any famous persons name, and instead was banned. I just wanted him to actually look at the logs but he was just insistent on a ban instead. He Makedman is mistaken and I have never been warned about my current name.

Multiple things.

1. Forum rules say not to appeal a ban 24 hours or less. Learn to follow the forum rules and the server rules, and we wouldn't have this problem.

2. You have a note from March 1st regarding the name Mel Gibz.

3. You should only need to be warned 1 time for the naming rule. A second infraction should result in a ban. You were warned for using a famous actors name, and then decided to use a variation of another famous actor's name. How could you have possibly thought that would be okay?
