Bug Description:
Overwatch console on the front bottom is bugged. It is the only console that gets stuck with shells reloading and isn't capable of being used after the first OB compared to the others that come back.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Fire an Ob form the front bottom console
2. Monitor the other consoles after OBs
3. Realize the error
