Solar Monitor and Orphaned Vent

2 minor mapping issues (Sulaco), lemme know if this needs to go to Suggestions:

Bug Description:

1. The power monitor next to the starboard backup SMES is named (to paraphrase) "Sulaco Solar Maintenance Deck." This could be renamed to something similar to the portside backup monitor.
2. There's a vent in the fore toolshed that is not connected to anything. It could be removed I suppose, since the other toolshed has no vents.

Steps to reproduce:
1. See bug description.
2. Go to areas in screenshots.
3. Apply fix to Sulaco map.
