Change fog mechanics

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Instead of being an impassible wall for the river, have the fog cover the entire river and north side until 45 minutes, and inhibit vision for Marines? (Xeno heat vision immediately negates any disadvantage from this)

Only if it works like smoke from smoke grenades, meaning you can only see your tile and anyone beside you... and thats it.

Honestly, I haven't played enough games with the fog yet, but I feel I'd rather keep the fog thicc.

I like being able to deploy and go on patrol knowing that a random crusher won't rush us and ruin our arrpee 3 minutes in, if even. It also makes it easier to keep track of my fellow mates, since I know they can't just randomly wander across the river no mores.
