- If a player breaks a rule, but increases the enjoyment of the server in general, (through roleplay or other such things) it can be overlooked. If no one admin helps (ahelp) a complaint, or seems to be complaining or taking issue with it, it may be best to let it go.

3. Determine the seriousness of the issue
a. This is very important because the seriousness should match the punishment. For example: using light netspeak (emoji’s and such) is not a bannable offense for first time offenders; however, killing a marine for an insufficient reasons is.

Description of the incident: I was on ice colony under the ice with 2 other people looking around the ship with cryo tubes and huggers in it, we had gotten lost and were having some movie quality RP, and the doors turned into black voides when crowbarred so I ahelped saying the ship was good for RP but the doors were kinda buggy and it was kinda jarring to my immersion so I wanted to say something so someone who could maybe get the word out would hear I was then answered by karmac who was pretty straight forward and I told him what was up before karmac could reply feweh answered the ahelp after karmac asking "does this ahelp need any assistance" and I told karmac "I wanted to alert someone about the doors" after that feweh banned me for " Constantly sends ahelps that dont require assistance, stop doing it..
" I was mid sentence with a player who was talking to me, I'm pretty sure me passing out in such a RP intensive setting was not fun nor was them probably dragging my body up a ladder and in the snow where they probably died because I could not protect them.

I don't remember ever being warned for excessive ahelps, and if it's cool id "like" if an admin could log dive and post up some of my recent ahelps to show me how useless they have been.

How you would punish the accused: Just, idk feweh jumps in on ahelps on me a lot and ridicules me and being aggressive its not really fun and I'm not genuinely trying to ruin anyone else's fun or hurt the game id like something to be done, feweh is a great manager but maybe the stress and such has started to get to him and he is loosing his edge I think he should take a break.

Bypassing the ban appeals because it's under 3hours does not warrant a staff report.
You were banned because I have visually seen you send many useless ahelps over time.

Sending ahelps that don't warrant assistance by the admins or a staff may result in a ban/warning.

This report is very stupid, as it's salty and has no basis of abuse what-so-ever. You were banned for sending a stupid/pointless ahelps, something which is a bannable offense.

I'm not salty, and I don't want to be un banned I'm fine with waiting my life doesn't depend on CM, I just feel (Upset,dejected,hated) because I was in the middle of having a good evening doing some really good immersive gaming and then I got banned for trying to help.

I really don't know what you mean by excessive ahelps and useless ones, I rarely play one or two games every 1-3 days.

Why are you being such a jerk to me, I have done nothing to you ever. I don't insult you in OOC, I don't try to slam CM or you on reddit, I don't even subscribe to the whole "feweh is a Nazi" meme that a whole bunch of people spout like its a mantra.

I just want to have a good time and you get a report almost every week, probably because players don't feel necessarily wronged but that you are taking something fun (cm) and treating it like a toy for you to put in a bag and shake around till it breaks, and once the players break you just lol and call them salty or butthurt.

I'm not saying that my feeling dejected is breaking any protocol but making a part of the playerbase feel hated and stepped on is going against the whole server which is supposed to be fun, for a group of friends and I have a lot of friends here who provide criticism and comradery but you just trash on us players all the time at first it was probably a joke but I think you have started to believe you hate the players but I know you don't and I know you know how be a decent person.

Honestly I don't want you banned or removed and I don't want to be unbanned I just want me and you to take a moment and talk it out so that I can feel better and so you can explain to me why I'm such a shitty player.

If you want, I can pull up EVERY AHELP YOU HAVE EVER MADE, and you can see EXACTLY why staff are upset with you.
