Hmm, I suppose I lost track of time. I figured it was two years now at this point, and that that meant June the 16th I was banned. My bad I'm really bad with time lol.

Oh, well the only thing I can say is I fucked up, and if let back in I would do my best to be on my best behavior. I don't really want to make excuses or drag anything out here for you, because it's just I fucked up.

So on one hand we have a blatant greifer, on the other the fact that he has been banned for 10 months. But then on my right foot (that itches currently) we have a terrible ban appeal with no appeal reason from a guy who doesn't seem to care at all about getting unbanned. My bet is that he just wants to come back and grief some more.

If i really had that much of a hardon about greifing I would just avoid using a virtual computer key, no this is just me literally saying I fucked up and its been a while and I would like to come back. Obviously if someone fucks up and gets unbanned its very easy for them to get banned again so why would they fuck up again?

Thats like someone getting on parole from prison and then going to buy illegal guns.....its stupid.

No sir not even close. I have multiple keys that I've used on byond games over the years and used all of them to play that game just because of how the nature of playing another roleplay game I play goes about. Also, me logging in if ever on the game after my ban was not an attempt to evade, moreso just a random check every now and then to see if maybe there was a mass unban/host change etc. Anything that would lead to me being unbanned. Like I said I know how to do it but I have no desire to ban evade if I did I wouldn't be making this post.

Yeah, basically what happened was it was some new round you guys did and I got affected by radiation. I started shooting at the people that were punching me aka the radiation and hit people in the cross fire. Didn't know at the time that was how radiation worked now, just knew that random mobs were killing me.

No, they 100% are I just wasn't trying to actively ban avoid on them. Like I said I know the method assuming it still works and it probably does seeing as a guy named Xerif explained it to me a long time ago. I just don't have the desire to do it. If i didn't want to get caught ban avoiding I know how it works, I just am not the kinda guy to do that. Otherwise why would I be making this post, actively checking almost every day for a response and being honest and open with you guys?

Possibly because the old methods of ban evasion were told to several different server hosts as well as Lummox JR and they've basically all been patched away or fixed.

A lot of people who used to evade, have been appealing recently, mainly due to the fact that past evasion mechanics don't work.

Oh, well in that case it makes sense that you have responded in the way you did. The way I was taught though I don't see how its possible to patch it seeing as you are literally using a brand new computer but, that being said no I'm not using this method nor have I ever used it for this game. Sorry for getting defensive based on your statements it makes more sense now.

I'm hesitant to lift this. I don't think the other names were just "caught" in yours by mistake. There aren't enough attempts. When that happens, it's tons of accounts and attempts. There's just so few for yours.

Oh wow, just the fact that you guys are still look at this though is amazing. I kinda felt for a while with the lack of response that you had just given up on it lol. And yeah I totally understand it's cool to be hesitant and what not, but I do mean what I say. I fucked up and I just actually want to play and not fuck up. I don't know any real way to show how serious I am but if you can think of something legit just tell me and I'll do my best to do it.

It's been a year, so we can give you another chance, but the moment you shoot a bunch of people unnecessarily again you'll be gone forever.

I tried to log in just now guys it didn't work. Sorry got a bit impatient and wanted to see if maybe it had already been done as of the other post and I just didn't notice it yet. Also i hit it twice because I didn't think it was loading, used to the old byond pop up not it just being hidden on the bottom my b. Still it was both at the same time.

This sounds like it'll have to be done from the console, so it requires the server to have some 'downtime' so to speak. Apop won't ever put the server down to unban someone, but he will make those changes along with whatever else is being modified on the server. Speculation anyway, they take a while, you'll need to be patient.
