Filing cabinet in cargo

Summary:
Simply put a filing cabinet in cargo.

Benefits:
Cargo deals with tons of paperwork, and the filing cabinet would be a good place to put and sort all the supply requests, i dont even know they dont have one in the first place.

Details:
Not sure what to put here, it'd be a map addition.

Implementation:
Add a filing cabinet in place of one of the tables in the office, there's two paper bins but no filing cabinet, there's plenty of room.

Yes, getting sick of putting my folders on a table rather than neatly away in a cabinet, CL could do with one too to deal with all the reports and faxes he gets and makes.

+1, It is kinda an must thing to have. Not sure if medbay has one either, would be handy for those who likes to collect scan reports and write on medical records.

+1 would allow people who want more RP options to do a little more and not interfere with players not wanting that experience. Also i agree medical should have one too. Maybe even research and I could write reports on those xenos I autopsy and file them for command to read later.

1+ Cargo does need a filing cabinet, clean working environment is a must. perhaps add bonus req points for approved or declined papers, 3 points per page or something like that.
