MP Equipment Reloaded

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

Add a few items to the MP's lockers to help with every day MP things.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Placing a few necessary security items in the MP's possessions would make their job slightly easier albeit at the cost of a slightly better kitted out rogue MP should a player join and decide to grief.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

So firstly MP's get riot armour but no riot shields? Have riot shields spawn in the MP lockers or in the secure lockers. Give MP's masks that act like the hailer (Every other server security force has them) and they provide resistance to things like pepper spray which will be covered later. Soap is the bane of many a would be agent of justice, when chasing someone, they can throw down soap and you run into it and before you can say, "Well gosh darn it!" you're already looking like a fool and your suspect has been given precious time to run off to find a corner of the Sulaco to hide in so i reckon to combat that, MP boots should be somewhat resistant to slipping, maybe not enough to walk on soap but perhaps enough to run over a recently mopped floor without having to stop and walk down a hallway. And lastly i firmly believe that we need to move the pepper sprays and flashes from the upper left side of the brig to the back room with the lockers to prevent a recently released Marine from waltzing over and grabbing spray to use on the ever so friendly MP that opened the door to let the Marine out, again, some nice looking masks could combat this. Put the gear up next to the lockers and in place of where the sprays and flashes were, place a small holding area with chairs where MP's can place someone as they promptly deal with something more urgent going on in the brig.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

Just a few items need placing and some furniture needing moved around, shouldn't be a HUGE hassle for the staff team to make happen.

+1 if riotshields are also added instead of bugging squad specs. I want to walk down the hallway with my MP buddies bashing our shields.

You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. Disarms usually register and it's imperative to take down rogue MPs, which can't be done when they have a riot shield with them and all deflections are RNG based.

You wouldn't worry about a rogue MP, as admins or mods would deal with them.
