Bug Description: For some reason fuel tanks can no longer be loaded into the incinerator.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try and place a fuel tank in the incinerator.
2. Flail around as you can't put the fuel tank in the Incinerator.
3. Take a normal gun instead.

Can confirm, might just be this round I tried it with multipule flamethrowers.

Confirmed. You can't even actually unload the fuel tank in the current flamer.
