Bug Description: The infected Icon doesn't show up sometimes. I've only seen this happen with Yirens though.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Infect a bunch of Yirens (because it only happens for some..)
2. Wait for the hugger to implant the embryo
3. Tada.

You can't see the "infected" icon of bursted creatures if you joined after their burst.

The infected icon takes time to update, and sometimes right after you evolve or join as a Xeno, it doesn't appear straight away.
