Bug Description: When the M4RA is placed onto the backpack slot it doesn't have an icon that appears on the back of your character.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place M4RA on your backslot.
2. Stare at the back of your armour and wonder where the sprite is.
3. Go back to killing aliens.

It's not just the M4RA, half the rifles in the game don't have a sprite when worn on your back.

A simple stop gap fix would be to use the sprite the M41A uses as a temp fix.
