Description of the incident:
This player managed to shoot eight separate marines with burstfire, with AP. He decided the fate of these eight marines as they we're unable to defend themselves, and we're dying from their wounds.

How you would punish the accused:
I would leave that in your hands, but this kind of shit is garbage, and I would like to make his actions known.

As a witness and victim of this event, we'd just secured Engineering and realised the alien hive was just outside our windows, so we attempted to run from the invading xenos and Jesus proceeds to let loose with the AP rounds without warning, as everyone else is in the process of legging it. He caused the death and capture of the entire Alpha squad, as well as various members of Charlie with his little incident. I noted his Ckey for the incident, as he may have intentionally shot up the entire squad, I'm unsure, but so far that's the only real punishment he's been given.
