I like to make crochet dolls in my spare time and one day I decided why not attempt to make a xenomorph one? Here is my interpretation of a xeno runner. I apologize for the picture quality.

It's cute and I want to hold it in my hand and throw it at someone to surprise them.
Troublesome, as usual.

That might be tough considering how small they'd have to be. I could get the yarn and give it a shot though.

Tacklespam never looked so cute!
James "Car" Irving: You don't need to be the best to be a hero. You don't even need to be smart. Being a hero comes from the heart. That, and a pack full of napthal and hand grenades.
Edward Roth: The promotion and transfer to Military Police was great on paper. The living hell of keeping a ship full of trained killers running smoothly wasn't on that paper.
Mary Adams: She didn't want to be here, but how else could she get to finish medschool? And who the hell else is gonna know the difference between Tricord and Kelotane?
Kimley Greco: Too cool for school, wears cans like a tool.
Xenos killed with a welding tool: 1
Times blown up self or others with grenades: Lost count.

Like how to make this? I could try but I have no idea if any camera I have is good enough for someone to be able to see the stiches or loops or what ever you wanna call them.

Smartphone cameras, if you have nothing else, are 4k now I believe. I'd watch it just to see how crocheting works.

I'll see what I can do. I wrote down most of the pattern but not all of it. It might take me a while to put this all together.

It's so cute, good job!
"Memories can be vile. Repulsive little brutes, like children I suppose. But can we live without them? Memories are what our reason is based upon. If we can't face them, we deny reason itself! Although, why not? We aren't contractually tied down to rationality. There is no sanity clause. So when you find yourself locked down in an unpleasant train of thought, heading for the places in your past where the screaming is unbearable, remember: There's always madness. You can just step outside and close the door, and all those dreadful things that happened, you can lock them away. Madness... is an emergency exit."

"Command little red dogs have invaded the Sulaco!"
"Little red whats?"
"AAAAH-" Radio cuts out
"Bill get the smartgun"
"Hurr durr sir,"
-Sigh-
"OH SHIT IT-"
"TALK TO ME BILL"
-Prying sounds of the door-
"WHAT THE HELL"
-Door opens and flood of red yarn runners fill the bridge-
"HOLY SHI-"
Xeno major victory!
All marines have been wiped out.

I'm considering making them all. My biggest issue is that it's tough for me to see all of the details on the sprites. I want to be able to make all of the castes look different and it's hard when I can't see them that well. Maybe I can find some bigger pictures of the sprites somewhere.
