Bug Description: I noticed that even if you strengthen the rtables and put racks on the same tile on them or even false walls that are closed you can still flip back the rtables from the opposite side.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Flip over reinforced tables
2. Strengthen the flipped reinforced tables
3. Put racks/false wall on the same tile as reinforced tables
4. Walk over to the opposite side and put the reinforced table back
