Make transferring pills with the pill bottle less tedious

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Allow you to dump all the pill from a pill bottle to the floor or to a beaker and transfer pills between pill bottles.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Makes moving pills around, at least with pill bottles, less of a tedious task of clicking the little pill sprite and then doing what you want with the pill.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Perhaps the pill bottle will kinda act like a beaker, where it has two modes: with cap and without cap. If it has the cap, it will function as it does now, where you have to manually clicking a pill and then do whatever you want with the pill. However, if the cap is off, you clicking on a beaker with the pill bottle in your hand will transfer all the pills to the beaker (only if the beaker has some sort of chem inside of it though). Clicking on another OPEN pill bottle will allow you to transfer all the pills from the pill bottle in your hand to the pill bottle that you clicked on. Clicking on the floor will transfer all the pills from the pill bottle in your hand to the floor.

The pill bottle is pretty much like a beaker, however this is only with pills, and you don't have the ability to transfer exact amounts of pills out of the pill bottle as you can with a beaker.

I'd like to extend this to boxes as well, I want to be able to tip an entire box out onto the floor with right click dump. But as a guy that plays doc/medic on the regular I'd love some QOL.
