Change the name of "Warrant officer" to "Chief of Security"

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): So we got a new job, a head for all MPs, called "Warrant Officer", there's only one problem: That's not what a warrant officer is, neither indicates his job, I suggest changing the name to "Chief of security".


Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Make job more clear and less military confusion

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
A WARRANT OFFICER is a RANK given to special Enlisted personnel that show exceptional technical ability in one area (e.g a pilot), they are above Enlisted but below officers.
Our Warrant Officer is not even an Warrant Officer, he's a LIEUTENANT, like, seriously? A Liuetenant? If he's a Warrant Officer why not make him at least an Warrant Officer 1 or a Chief Warrant officer 3?

Not mention that "Warrant Officer" is confusing, it doesn't tell anything about it's role, which leading security. What does "Warrant Officer" imply to you?
