Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): FF with flanders will be less devastating, MPs, who are likely to deal with an arson case, can quickly put out a fire on the ship and MTs, who absolutely MUST put a fire out as quickly as possible, will save the ship from the oxygen supply burning out from some idiot lighting a cigarrete.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Make M5 MP Armor and Engineering uniforms have a built in fire extinguisher, the extinguishers have 4 uses and after that, must be refueled with water. The units are used with the aid of specialized gloves that are specific to the department of the armor. MPs get a pair of gloves made of a special material that acts as latex gloves but also acts as protection. MTs can simply use their insulated gloves. No, this can't be power gamed since, and if some Marine steals an engineering uniform, they must ALSO wear a hazard vest for the unit to work.
