Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make the process required to start the self destruct process much more restrictive.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Self destructs is seen as a major event and not just an expected outcome (attempted or successful) every time Marines begin to lose.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

On the Sulaco, self-destructs hardly ever happened due to the requirement for the nuke codes from headstaff. As such, whenever it DID go off, it was a spectacle to behold. Now, whenever the aliens board standard protocol is to trigger the self destruct (which is Call Red Alert --> Call Distress Signal ---> Call evac ---> Start self destruct, which with a few competent bridge staff can be set off in less than 5 minutes) and camp the destruct room until the aliens siege it and win or everyone blows up. Self destruct attempts are a mundane event that's almost expected in a marine loss.
Make the process required to start a self destruct involve admin acceptance, >75% of all humans dead, a certain ratio of Aliens:Humans - or something along those lines to ensure it's not a thing that happens every single round marines are losing.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding I'd assume
