Ready button not working.

Bug Description: Every time I'm in the CM server join menu and I ready up before roundstart, my game does not actually join me at roundstart. I waited a good minute just to be sure before hitting unready and it sent me to the post start join game screen.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be me, join before round start
2. Wait until roundstart
3. Get cucked out of any classes you wanted to be.

Can someone please help? I know the chance of being spec or a colonist is hilariously low but I'm just getting screwed out of what I want to play. This has happened about 6 times to me, by the way.

I was readied after the server restart, with some unreadies and re readies but never at the 20 second mark.

If you have selected "Return to Lobby if preference is unavailable" and you failed to roll your selected jobs, you will be left at the lobby like that. It could just be that luck was never on your side for all those past 6 rounds.

I do have it selected, but basic marine is on medium. It should be giving me that.

Yeah uh...the standard marine is sliiiiiightly bugged, so if you got return to lobby, unless your basic marine is on *high* (i think) it won't make you appear if you fail to roll the roles.
