Surgery hallway exit button

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): You know on the Sulaco how there was a button to let you out of medbay? Yeah, well the surgery hallway doesn't have that so marines need doctors to open it for them.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less "DOCTOR LET ME OUT" and more "I can press this button and not yell at someone."
