Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Remove the homesets from the Character Editing menu.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Reduction of "snowflake" (can't use this word as it's understandable why people bring this homesets up as planets or countries) RP, new players really won't understand the thing and it's rather useless. Really, the only thing it does is encourage rather strange pride, when this pride is clearly satirical in nature. This also makes it seem as though Sol (Secure Operations Language) is an actual ethnicity and will yield rather "strange" statements ICly.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Remove the homesets from Character Editing
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Coding.

You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

Re: Remove the homesets (low priority)
Don't really see a need to remove it so much as to make it lore accurate. Add earth, luna, mars, the colonies in gliese like Unity City and Morrison outpost, New Earth. Aliens is a very large universe, colony wise, and a lot of those planets (Olympia, Luna for example) are in the United Americas arm of spess. Also pretty sure that Weyland colonials wouldn't be turned away, like from some of the gliese systems.
