Make a list of links to all of your applications and (job)ban appeals, including whitelist and staff apps, within the last year. Also, provide "Ban reason; Verdict" beside each (job)ban link:

Why should you be whitelisted?
I have always used to play as a CO before, I did well at it and i'm pretty much good at Staff commandment. Some people can provide for what I'm saying, plus i feel like getting whitelisted will open the border for me to actually make the round fun and lead marines to victories, because i always have attacking tactics and RP situations which could lead to a better enjoyment of people who are playing as marines.
