Pepperspray on the Almayer

Summary: Bring back pepperspray to the Almayer, either through sticking it in SecTech vendors, in the MP lockers, or a few on a desk in there.

Benefits: This gives MPs another option in gear selection, and allows for another piece of equipment similar to the flash to be used. It's good for things like the RO line, rather than batons or tasers, which tend to escalate things. Also it is really satisfying, let's be honest.

Details: There is already a pepperspray refill dispenser in the brig, leading me to wonder if it was an oversight that it got removed, or if there is a reason for it.

Implementation: This can be added fairly simply, plop down a few items in the locker or on a table, or by editing the sectech vendors. The assets should still exist, I imagine, judging by the pepperspray dispenser being present still.

Please add this, Ive had to resort to using space cleaner bottles.
