Paper copiers for the Almayer Brig

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): This would allow some of the more keen and bureaucratic MPs and WOs to actually make copies of incident reports to file later.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Neither the brig or the CIC has any paper copiers and when I've attempted to find it I had to simply write all the incident reports 1 by 1. Having a paper copier, such as was the case with the Sulaco brig, would make things better, adds the element of RPing out your role as MP or WO, writing reports and getting final statements from inmates.
