Increase in Requisition Inventory

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
The increase of general munitions and standard firearms to the Requisitions department. This would allow for the Requisition department to not have to raid the Prep rooms.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
-Removes the IC clunk'y'ness of having to hack into Squad specific sections of the ship to supply marines with basic munitions.
-Makes sense for the Requisitions Office to have a large surplus of munitions on hand.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Increase the Munitions vendor's stock by a massive amount or create a second one and only increase the stock by half of a 'massive' amount.

+1 and reduce the ammo there is in prep venders. I'm just realizing it's next to impossible to run out of ammo with FOUR venders in each Squad Preparation Room
