Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): 9:00~ PM CST, twenty minutes into the round, whenever that started. Around 10:33 PM CST for the second bit.
What rule(s) were broken: Breach of Military Police Procedure, Rule 7: Griefing.
Description of the incident:
At the beginning of the round, I had gathered all of my attachments and headed to briefing. Seeing as I had access, I sat in the command area. Two MPs saw me, and they said sure whatever since legally they can't do anything about it. Sometime goes by, the XO walks in and starts doing briefing. Rhodes walks in, and without a word he flashes me and tables me. He proceeds to attempt to drag me out, I yelled at him saying he didn't have any reason to flash or cuff me, and he said I was trespassing or some such. I clearly showed I had access to the area, and sat back down. During all of this, the XO said nothing about me not being allowed there, even after I ran back in after I was forcefully removed by Rhodes. The second time he flashed me, cuffed me, dragged me out and buckled me to a chair. He then uncuffed me after briefing was over.
Same round, I had discharged my weapon in the hanger and he came over to question me about it. As reference to earlier in the round when talking to me, Jim Sanders said to one of us that we liked flat chested men. He pulled out his stun baton and chased him down the hallway, obviously without saying a word. I was later told by Sanders that Rhodes had repeatly flashed him and stunned him even though there was no reason to do so. This once again demostrated his breach of MP policy, not only by punishing someone who did nothing wrong, but by shooting first and asking questions later.
