Bug Description: All of DS1 and DS2's transit shutters were found closed on a few rounds (once at round start, another mid-round) preventing marines from deploying or boarding the dropships. This inevitably forces some dumb marine to C4 the transit shutters to get in. If the dropship is launched and marines forget to close the dropship doors or airlocks, it leads to depressurization and widespread suffocation while in-transit.
