Do you understand that any player - even donors or staff members - can have their whitelist status revoked should they break our Server Rules or Roleplay Guidelines?
Yes.
Why should you be whitelisted?
Due to circumstances during my time as an Admin, my Commander Whitelist position was revoked. I'm going to assert that that incident has nothing to do with my ability as a Commander, nor does it affect my understanding of putting the roleplaying aspect first as a Commander. In the time that I've been a part of the community, I've played dozens upon dozens of rounds as Commander, and I have a level of consistency when it comes to providing a solid roleplaying experience as well as pushing the round's narrative. I also am extremely attentive and thrive while coordinating all the resources available; no squad is ever left without a response from Command when I'm in the chair. I strongly believe I can continue to bring my best efforts to the rounds and to the Commander role if I'm readded to the whitelist, as I've done in the past for over a year.

I don't know who you are. Tell me what your actions would be from roundstart to deployment.

>Remind MP's to keep things civil and keep the shutters closed to all non-essential personnel until drop.
>Call all essential personnel into pre-brief meeting. Explain the situation on the ground, what the roles of the Staff Officers will be, what can be expected of the upcoming Op. Tell the Pilots to prep the dropships for the Op. Tell the XO to get the squads in order.

>Give passive-aggressive good morning to local Wey-Yu Liason.
>Headcount the number of Engineers and Medics in each squad as a means of determining assignments. Check names of Squad Leaders as a means of knowing which squad will be the most reliable when things go tits up.
>Delegate the Staff Officers squad assignments. Have them stay in the CIC. Proceed to brief.
>Briefly explain what's happening without letting on too much information. Speculations always are grounded in that "at best, we're just there to turn their lights back on, at worst, someone's attacked the facility." Never indicate that this could potentially be a bug hunt because no one knows. Never call the Survivors survivors. Always refer to them as Colonists or Civilian Population, because for all anyone knows, most of the facility is still alive or in hiding. Remind marines of their protocols and how to deal with civilians, and to determine friend or foe before firing on anyone.
>Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie are given specific assignments, Delta is almost always on reserves. I like to rotate the squads assignments if they all have ample engineers and medics so that Alpha isn't always FOB or Charlie isn't always dead from scouting. Give out assignments, dismiss them to their respective dropships. By now, the Overwatch officers should already be in their seats updating assignments. Remind Squad Leaders of their objectives and keep them on track. Tune in to every channel.
>Have the XO oversee the drop. Check on the Pilots make sure everything is go. On their mark and on the confirmation of either the XO or the Pilots when everyone is in, they're clear to drop.
>Op begins.

I remember the days of Darius Ico, the CDR. You were decent at it.Westhybrid wrote:~snip~
I am going to do a questionnaire due not having seen you as the XO since the Commander Whitelist.
The Situation:
An admin event causes a USCM Entertainment Troop to arrive and they set up in the break room right below the Officer's Briefing Room. They reorganize and build the the room into a stage.
Slowly over time, marines start to ignoring orders to go watch the show. While you attempt to get them back on mission they request the Troop to play "Free Bird". The Troop goes to fulfill this request until they realize none of them know how to play "Free Bird".
The marines start to anger, throwing stuff at the stage, yelling, and they look like they are going to rush the stage.
What do you do?
Reached "Leet" post status on 3/14/17.

You were removed on 24APR17. Procedure is that you can't be re-added for 3 months, which would be: 24JUN17.
I updated the whitelist to reflect the dates, as I had forgotten to do before.

Lock it up then, I guess. Unless it's able to stay here for the vote, and then I can be added on that date.apophis775 wrote:You were removed on 24APR17. Procedure is that you can't be re-added for 3 months, which would be: 24JUN17.
