Why should you be whitelisted?

Due to circumstances during my time as an Admin, my Commander Whitelist position was revoked. I'm going to assert that that incident has nothing to do with my ability as a Commander, nor does it affect my understanding of putting the roleplaying aspect first as a Commander. In the time that I've been a part of the community, I've played dozens upon dozens of rounds as Commander, and I have a level of consistency when it comes to providing a solid roleplaying experience as well as pushing the round's narrative. I also am extremely attentive and thrive while coordinating all the resources available; no squad is ever left without a response from Command when I'm in the chair. I strongly believe I can continue to bring my best efforts to the rounds and to the Commander role if I'm readded to the whitelist, as I've done in the past for over a year.

>Radio on the Command Channel, get a head count of the Staff Officers, XO, CMO, CE, RO, and Pilots. Wait for Staff Sergeants to file in.

Always refer to them as Colonists or Civilian Population, because for all anyone knows, most of the facility is still alive or in hiding. Remind marines of their protocols and how to deal with civilians, and to determine friend or foe before firing on anyone.

I like to rotate the squads assignments if they all have ample engineers and medics so that Alpha isn't always FOB or Charlie isn't always dead from scouting. Give out assignments, dismiss them to their respective dropships. By now, the Overwatch officers should already be in their seats updating assignments. Remind Squad Leaders of their objectives and keep them on track. Tune in to every channel.

The Situation:
An admin event causes a USCM Entertainment Troop to arrive and they set up in the break room right below the Officer's Briefing Room. They reorganize and build the the room into a stage.

Slowly over time, marines start to ignoring orders to go watch the show. While you attempt to get them back on mission they request the Troop to play "Free Bird". The Troop goes to fulfill this request until they realize none of them know how to play "Free Bird".

The marines start to anger, throwing stuff at the stage, yelling, and they look like they are going to rush the stage.

What do you do?
