Bug Description:
We experimented and tried to use the grab, but it's malfunctionning severely for both sides at times.
Sometimes a marine or xeno being grabbed will revoke the grab on them, repeatedly disabling the person from grabbing said mob.
Seems to occur when two person tried / tries to grab the same individual, but continues thereafter.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab individual.
2. Get someone else to do it too.
3. A few times, the grab instantly gets removed, forcing you to retry continuously untill you only have 1 second of grab at best. (Grab-immunity, yay!)

[Severe] Grab immunity
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

When someone grabs the mob you're grabbing it break your grab, that's intentional.

Re: [Severe] Grab immunity
There's a bug that a stunned human can "resist" a Xeno's grab, basically preventing the marine from ever being moved unless you devour him. Seen this happen many times when it's just 1 human and 1 Xeno, and experienced it myself as a Xeno. Haven't replicated it when i'm a human yet, but I hope to get captured alive someday to find out...

Re: [Severe] Grab immunity
I've had this problem multiple times while being the only one around as a xeno trying to drag a human, 9/10 it just breaks the grab instantly, 1/10 I can grab them but it only lets me drag them 1 tile before it breaks. However as soon as they are in crit/dead I can move them easily and I can move monkeys at any time.phil235 wrote:When someone grabs the mob you're grabbing it break your grab, that's intentional.

Are you sure this isn't simply the marine's stun wearing off and them resisting the grab?
edit: I see the problem.

Not from what I can tell, tried grabbing while they had just been tackled and up until they stood up just breaks or lets me pull them 1 tile.phil235 wrote:Are you sure this isn't simply the marine's stun wearing off and them resisting the grab?
