My character is Greg Calimotski.

I didn't use my middle name, John, cause there are already WAYYY too many people with characters named John. I wanted to be unique. I haven't seen anyone on the server with the name "Greg" yet, and Greg being my first name (IRL) and liking my name. I thought why not!(besides Gregoire, the SL guy) The name Calimotski came out of the blue. Mixing and matching Polish last names until I found something that I liked, flew off the tongue nicely and sounded Polish enough to me. (I'm Polish irl too)

No nicknames yet cause I recently made this character. I use to go by the name "James Hudson" back in the LV-624 days (like 3-4 months ago hehe) but wanted something fresh and new for the story on the Almayer

I just randomly came up with my character's name so it was mostly a coincidence. Quite a few people in my family are named John (my character's name is Jon, but basically the same) though. My name is also a different form of John in a different language. I'll let you guys try and guess. Svarlson is completely unrelated my surname. My surname is actually czech (that's what my dad says at least).

I got my name from the random name generator in KOTOR a long time ago and forgot about the name for a long time until I played Shadowrun Returns and used it there. That's also when the character got a standard appearance and personality.

I do, the random names don't feel right. Plus any other "fake" name feels too... alien to me. I feel comfortable using my own name, plus it caught on, I saw 2 other guys named Uriel, which is weird considering it's on the random list apparently.

All my Character names were randomly generated. With an exception, Elizabeth's last name was randomly generated, but I spliced in the first. From a previous roll.

Arthur Bennet was originally just a random character I made for Survivor. But due to IC developments in game, (being the sole surviving Doctor on LV-624 and ended up serving the USCM to help stop the xenos) he ended up becoming my Medical professional.
