+1 If I am MT, I like to know if the camera's I installed on the dropships are working. I also like to know how close the dropship is to docking in case it needs repairs. I also like to check around the ship for damage or repairs from the comfort of my office, an̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶s̶p̶y̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶n̶ ̶C̶L̶. I also like to keep an eye on the colony sentries to alleviate boredom.

Yeah, I didn't specifically want the TV from the Sulaco on the Almayer. I just want engineering to have the ability to watch the cameras, whether it's through a TV, a computer/laptop, a security cameras console, etc.

It was kinda awkward for the MTs and CEs to be able to witness live combat on the ground and security feeds throughout the ship.
