Surgery hallway buttons don't work

Bug Description:
The buttons don't seem to do anything.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Freshly get out of surgery.
2. Press button.
3. Realize you're stick stuck.
Troublesome, as usual.

Just tested this and it was fixed a long time ago apparently.
Reached "Leet" post status on 3/14/17.
