I'm not sure of the exact rules but once you read the next part it's pretty clear
Description of the incident:
Came into my office with a stunbatton, beat me, cuffed me, beat me a bit more, then force fed me alcohol until I blacked out, all because I made a comment of him bringing even more alcohol into the CIC earlier, also flat out never did his job as XO.

I'm not too sure how to put pictures in the forums but I have the proof saved on my computer if you'd like to follow up.
How you would punish the accused:
At least a job ban from command in general, and with how other players in dead chat reacted when I told them, he's been doing this type of stuff for a bit now, so maybe a ban on his account in general, I'm not sure.

I was a witness in this incident.

I was a ghost when it happened. I'm not sure what exactly Ty said but he said it was about command drinking alot of alcohol. I saw Alex come in the office and asked Ty for a chat. He then asked for a smoke at which then Alex came and stunbatoned Ty and handcuffed him. He began to force feed Ty alcohol and make him drunk. The CE came in to rescue him but as soon as he came in Alex ran off. Not soon after, the Xenos came and killed Ty while the CE fled. Alex basically killed Ty and ruined his chances to actually get a chance to run from the Xenos. I believe that Alex should get a Job ban from Command because that is absolutely unacceptable for a XO to do in my opinion.

I walked in on this as an MT. After the CL called for help I discovered Nebek force feeding the cl alchoal.
