► Show Spoiler
It should be noted that until further observation, PFC Rockafeller is barred from operating any heavy machinery, not to even mention Pilot Officer training. Despite claiming his criminal charges relating operation of aforementioned machinery were “a one-time thing”, we feel that he’ll have to undertake several wellness evaluations before he’d be considered for such training.

History: ► Show Spoiler
Romero Rockafeller was born & raised on the 16th of May, 2166 in the small city of Carrizo Springs, TX. He lived and led a somewhat unremarkable life in Carrizo until the age of 16, when his father decided to take a job at a commercial starfreighter, the USCSS Patna, and take him along as an engineering apprentice.
For unknown reasons, after 2 years employed, Rockafeller quit his job in the Patna, and joined the crew of another starfreighter, the USS León Rom. After only 4 months of employment in the León Rom, Rockafeller was responsible for an accident at the cargo bay, damaging several crates, -property of Weyland-Yutani- while driving a Power Loader intoxicated. This accident would also irreparably damage Rockafeller’s right arm and leg.
After receiving multiple misdemeanor charges, a USMC recruiter approached Rockafeller, offering him to enroll in the Marine Corps, in exchange for a reduction to his criminal charges, and financial aid for his prosthetic limbs.
