Randomize which LZ has the dropship console

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
In LV, you kinda have to make a FOB in nexus / near LZ1 every single round because of the fact that it has the dropship console. That gets stale real quick after a few days, so how about give LZ2 an equal chance as LZ1 to have the dropship console to incite some variety with rounds in terms of where to setup FOB.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Rounds will become less stale from the FOB being in the same location every round.

Aslong as there's only one dropship console. Pulling out of an area just for aliens to call your unused dropship down and invade the almayer is not an enjoyable experience.

Yep, one dropship console planetside as is already implemented. The only change is that the LZ that contains that console is randomized
