Ravager can charge thru sandbags

Bug Description:
Per title. Ravagers can use their charge to get behind sandbag baricades without destroying them.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Be a ravager
2.Spot a pile of sandbags
3.Use your supercool phase shift ability to charge straight through it

No. They go straight through, no stun, can fuck up marines then leave the same way.

I guess we could assume the ravager is just jumping over the sandbag. Yup, that's right, jumping over 4 feet sandbags is a thing. *clap* *clap* I meant that as sarcasm. I don't think it's a bug, as it's pretty easy to jump over small objects.

Yes, let's make marine defenses even more pointless with the fact that crushers can literally (the description says this) steamroll through almost an entire defensive line like nothing. It's a bug, or at least I hope it is.

Yep, this happens. I think it also occurs with plasteel barricades, but I'm not 100% sure if this is true.

Fixed. Ravager can no longer phase throught barricades of any type by charging.
