Bug Description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to enter smartgunner prep room by death squad ID.
2. Same for PMC or any ID with all-access.
3. Smartgunner prep airlock blinks red.
Deathsquad ERT don't have access to smartgunner prep room.

Because standard PMCs don't have smartgun access, only Smartgunner PMC. This is the result of ID restriction on weapons, not a bug.
