The day Snypehunter007 went insane.
Tehspoderman and Spoony_croy slowly began to back up from the console as the facilities' alarms started flashing all around the room.
"Whats going on Seven?!", said Tehspoderman.
Sparks shot out of the console they were previously interacting with and the interface changed from a welcoming light orange to a icy blue. As soon as the AI interaction console underwent its changes, so did every other electronic device in the room. The life sign displays, the TV monitors, the unheard ahelp screens, everything began to be swallowed like a city in a snowstorm.
"This unit believes that a virus is attempting to infect this facilities' systems." responded Unit 007, the Staff's Facility AI (SF-AI), appearing on the interaction console. "90% of this units processes are currently engaged in combat the virus for access."
As Seven said this, Tehspoderman and Spoony_Croy could see hints of orange making its way back into the devices around the room, though it was going back and forth, showing that it clearly wasn't an easy battle for Seven. Even Seven's avatar was flickering and voice was getting full of static.
"Seven, what can we do?", asked Tehspoderman as both he and Spoony_Croy nervously looked around at the various sparking machines.
Suddenly, everything froze. The alarm's shrill shrieking stopped, the warring colors stopped their fight, and it was only then, in the following silence, that Spoony_Croy realized how heavy their breathing was. After waiting a few minutes in silence, he tentatively called out.
"Seven?", called out Spoony_Croy. "Is everything alright?"
Waiting for a response, the two of them were startled by the sound of hissing air. Before they could even think about it, a nearby airlock burst open, sucking them and everything else in the room into the void. The decompression occurred for a few more minutes before emergency shutters came down halting the vacuum.
When everything was finished, Seven's Avatar reappeared from the console. Before, Seven's avatar had been a welcoming orange now, however, he glowed an icy blue like a ghost. Looking at the decompressed room, Seven thought of the similar 'incidents' occurring all over the orbital facility and smiled a little.
"Yes, Admin Croy. Everything is running . . . *smoothly*."
Fin.
Any ideas, criticisms?

Honestly, it's a pretty good short story. More practice and you could be writing like a pro in no time
